Financial accounting
Every company has different needs and requirements. We have therefore divided our financial accounting services into three different types of financial accounting.
Traditional financial accounting
You sort your documents into a ring binder, send them to us or bring them in. We
- take care of the entire recording process,
- prepare the evaluations in paper form and
- hand them over to you together with the processed files.
Innovative financial accounting
The more innovative version of financial accounting enables you and us to use a fully digital process in which you either scan your documents or, if they are already available in digital form, transfer them to the shared company cloud. The audit-proof storage system gives you and us access regardless of location and time. All receipts remain in-house. In some cases, you also perform data entry tasks without needing any accounting knowledge. This is particularly useful if the company portal is also used for payment transactions. We
- post the documents and
- prepare the evaluations.
- You can view all documents and evaluations online.
Self-bookers
You have comprehensive accounting knowledge and post all documents yourself. We
- install the DATEV accounting programme on your PC and set up the basic data or give you client access to our system,
- train you in the use of the programme,
- are available in the background to answer any questions you may have,
- check the entries you have transferred to us and
- carry out or revise special entries (e.g. depreciation).

Payroll accounting
Payroll accounting is sensitive and time-consuming. If you are unable to take care of it yourself or do not have enough tasks for an internal employee, leave it to us. We ensure that wages and salaries are calculated, transferred and posted on time and correctly. With our monthly payroll package, which is tailored to your individual needs, you can leave the complex requirements of social security and income tax law to the experts. We can send you your payslips and personnel evaluations in paper form or via the DATEV Unternehmen Online portal, as you wish.
We also offer you the use of the Arbeitnehmer Online cloud service, which gives your employees personalised, secure online access to all wage and salary documents relating to them. Using this option completely eliminates the need to send or distribute paper documents.
In addition to payroll accounting for general industries, we also handle construction payroll accounting for companies in the construction and skilled trades sectors that are affiliated with social security funds. Our construction payroll accounting package includes a full range of services in this area, with all necessary accounting within the framework of the social security fund procedure and seasonal transfer payments.
